2. Data we collect

Through the request form we collect the details you provide: name, phone, email, property type, area, budget, square meters, preferred amenities and your message. For technical and security purposes, our hosting provider may log your IP address and basic access logs.

Your browser stores your language, favourite properties and cookie choice locally (localStorage). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to respond to your request, suggest matching properties, contact you and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), our legitimate interest in security and proper operation (6(1)(f)) and, where required, a legal obligation (6(1)(c)).

4. Recipients

Data is hosted on secure services (Supabase for the database, Cloudflare for hosting/CDN) and used by our email delivery provider (Resend) to send proposals. Technical providers (e.g. Google Fonts, OpenStreetMap) may receive technical data such as your IP when the page or map loads. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA (e.g. the US), under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.

6. Retention

We keep requests and contact details for as long as needed to serve your search and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete them at any time, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, data portability and withdraw consent. To exercise your rights, contact rafailiasamothraki@yahoo.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
