1. What are cookies and localStorage

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. localStorage is a similar technology that stores data locally on your device. We only use what is necessary for the website to function.

2. Essential (no consent required)

• cookie_consent — remembers that you accepted the cookie notice.
• langChosen — your selected language.
• langAuto — temporary automatic language hint (session).
• favs — your saved favourite properties.

These are functional/strictly necessary and are not used for tracking.

3. Tracking / advertising cookies

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies.

4. Third-party providers

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, when you open the map, library/tiles from OpenStreetMap. These providers may receive your IP as technical information; we do not use it for advertising. Hosting/database/email delivery is provided by Cloudflare, Supabase and Resend.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete cookies/localStorage from your browser settings. If you delete cookie_consent, the notice will appear again. More information in our Privacy Policy.
